In case of loss of an item, we invite you to make your loss report online as soon as possible at the following address: reservation@pontdugard.fr by providing:
• A description of the object
• The date and place of the loss
• Your contact details (address, email, and phone number)
Requests will be processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be contacted if your "item" is found and different options for retrieving it will be offered to you.
