Can I visit the Pont du Gard site in a wheelchair?

Faithful to its mission of public service and always eager to offer the possibility to as many people as possible to discover the wonders of the site, the Pont du Gard makes every effort to facilitate the reception of people with reduced mobility. The Pont du Gard site has facilities that allow them to be welcomed and visited in optimal conditions. From the car parks, which are equipped with reserved spaces, to the ease of movement in the visitor walkways and the free provision of wheelchairs, the Pont du Gard is committed to ensuring accessibility to the monument, but also to the discovery areas offered by the site and most of the events and shows organised throughout the year. The various cultural areas and the restaurant "Les Terrasses" are equipped with lifts. The Museum offers a sensory discovery approach, including a radio theatre and a tactile approach to ancient technical know-how. Find all the information you need to prepare your visit here.
