What are the visit fees?

I only want to spend an hour on the site and I only want to see the bridge, what price will I pay?

Access to the bridge is free.
Parking costs €9 per vehicle, regardless of the number of people and the duration of the visit. Go to www.abonnement.pontdugard.fr to come back as many times as you like for 12 months. This fee gives access to the free visit of the monument and allows you to take advantage of the outdoor leisure facilities and services. We advise you to stay longer on the site to see the bridge and its surroundings and to discover its history in the museum and cinema or by taking a guided tour.

Access to the bridge on foot is free.

Can we book a visit to the discovery areas?

Discover the whole history of the Nîmes aqueduct and the Pont du Gard by visiting the discovery areas located on the left bank. How can I benefit from a reduced rate?

A reduced rate applies for admission to the discovery areas and guided tours for the following people: the unemployed and those on RSA (French Social Security) on presentation of proof.
For guided tours, young people under 18, students and people with disabilities also benefit from a reduced rate. For them, admission to the discovery areas is free.
There are preferential rates for groups, tourism professionals and CSEs.

Can I access the temporary exhibitions with my ticket?

The purchase of a ticket for the guided tour gives you access to the discovery areas (Museum, Cine, Ludo) and to the Temporary Exhibition.

There are no more tickets available online, how can I follow a guided tour?

When there is no more availability online, it means that all tickets are sold out and the tour is full. Please check the calendar to find another date or time.

Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?

The purchase of a ticket is subject to a reservation of the date and time of the visit. These parameters cannot be modified once your purchase has been validated.  During your purchase, you will see a summary of your basket before validation. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your payment has been registered in order to confirm the information you have validated.
The general terms and conditions of sale which are submitted to you specify that the ticket is exclusively valid for the date and time indicated. 
We remind you that once your purchase has been confirmed, tickets cannot be exchanged, modified or refunded.

A personal problem has prevented me from using my tickets. Can I get a refund or reschedule my visit?

As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Only compelling circumstances inherent to the operation of the Pont du Gard site can give rise to a refund.
