Access to the bridge is free.


Parking costs €9 per vehicle regardless of the number of people and the duration of the visit. Visit www.abonnement.pontdugard.fr to come back as many times as you want for 12 months. This rate grants access to the free visit of the monument and allows you to enjoy the outdoor recreational facilities and services. We advise you to stay longer on the Site to see the Bridge, but also the surrounding environment and to discover its history in the museum and the cinema or by taking a guided tour.

Pedestrian access to the bridge is free.

Can we book a tour of the cultural spaces?

Discover the entire history of the Nîmes aqueduct and the Pont du Gard through a visit to the discovery spaces located on the left bank. One of the largest centers for interpreting Roman engineering in France opens the doors to its 2500 m² Museum, the Ludo space for children aged 5 to 12, and its cinema with a 15-minute film on the history of the monument.

To save time, buy your tickets online: you can go directly to the entrance of the discovery areas on the left bank with your ticket, without going through the ticket office.

Let yourself be told the story of the Nîmes aqueduct and the fabulous structure of the Pont du Gard, unique in the world. Embark on a long and spectacular journey through time that will take you to the top of the Bridge for a crossing of the ancient aqueduct where water flowed 2000 years ago! The Ticket for the guided tour includes access to the discovery spaces (Museum, Cinema, Ludo area for children, and the temporary exhibition). Comment bénéficier d’un tarif réduit ?

A reduced rate applies for entry to the discovery spaces and guided tours for the following individuals: the unemployed and RSA beneficiaries upon presentation of proof.

For guided tours, young people under 18, students, and people with disabilities also benefit from a reduced rate. For them, entry to the discovery areas is free.

There are preferential rates for groups, tourism professionals, and works councils.
 

Can I access the temporary exhibitions with my ticket?

The purchase of a ticket for the visit to the discovery spaces (Museum, Cinema, Playroom) also grants access to the Temporary Exhibition.
The purchase of a ticket for the guided tour gives you access to the discovery spaces (Museum, Cinema, Playroom) and the temporary exhibition.
 

There are no more tickets available online, how can I join a guided tour?

When there are no more online slots available, it means that all tickets are sold out and the tour is fully booked. Feel free to check the calendar to find another date or time.

Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket?

The purchase of tickets is subject to a reservation of date and time of visit, these parameters cannot be changed once your purchase is confirmed. When you make your purchase, you will have a summary of your cart before finalizing. A confirmation email is sent as soon as your payment is recorded to confirm the information you have validated.
The general terms and conditions of sale provided to you specify that the ticket is exclusively valid for the date and time indicated.
We remind you that after confirmation of your purchase, the tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded.
 

A personal issue prevented me from using my tickets. Is it possible to get a refund or reschedule my visit to a later date?

As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Only compelling circumstances inherent to the operation of the Pont du Gard Site may give rise to a refund.
