On certain summer evenings, the Pont du Gard site will welcome some strange visitors, an artificial intelligence with drone avatars providing an original perspective on the monument and a chance for visitors to rediscover the wonders of the living world of the Gorges du Gardon.

On certain summer evenings, the Pont du Gard site will welcome some strange visitors, an artificial intelligence with drone avatars providing an original perspective on the monument and a chance for visitors to rediscover the wonders of the living world of the Gorges du Gardon.
During the show, 50 luminous drones will visit the Pont du Gard and interact with the flora and fauna and tell a story in 3 dimensions.
The drone activity and video content will take in the whole of the Pont du Gard Site and its surrounding skyline telling a subtle, mischievous tale set to an audio creation made entirely with elements of the valley's biodiversity (wild life, vegetation and the site’s natural elements).

From 17 June to 2 July and from 28 August to 17 September: Friday to Sunday at 10.30pm
From 3 July to 27 August: Thursday to Sunday at 10.30pm
Duration 15 to 20 minutes
Depending on the weather conditions (wind, rain), the sound and light show "Les Merveilles du vivant" may or may not be presented with drones.
Please note: after 10pm, it will not be possible to cross the bridge for safety reasons.
