MAGICAL WORLDS
SOUND AND LIGHT SHOW by GROUPE F
Every evening in summer, the Pont du Gard is transformed into a giant screen with a spectacular sound and light show designed by the artists of Groupe F. A moment of pure contemplation to share with family and friends.
A not-to-be-missed evening rendezvous in the summer, this show offers visitors an enchanting and poetic interlude to round off their day in style.
In this anniversary year, a succession of tableaux transform the monument, offering a world tour of places listed as World Heritage Sites on a par with the Pont du Gard. Visitors are transported on a journey from the City of Angkor to the Pyramids of Egypt, including a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful Alhambra in Granada.
A moment of reverie and contemplation that delights young and old in a convivial atmosphere. Spectators can settle down on the banks of the river on the right bank to enjoy the beauty of the sunset, followed by a gradual illumination of the monument to recreate the cycles of the sun from dawn to dusk, and at around 10.30pm, once night has fallen completely, the sound and light show.

NEW: MUSICAL APERITIFS
Every Monday evening from 14 July to 18 August, visitors can enjoy a musical aperitif in front of the monument. In a lounge atmosphere, a DJ will take to the decks for a sunset set, inviting visitors to enjoy the spectacle of the setting sun. It's the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy a drink while the music takes your breath away.

NEW: SUMMER BALLS
The Pont du Gard site will be transformed into a dance floor for 6 exceptional evenings, reviving the tradition of summer balls.
An eclectic programme will be on offer every Tuesday from 15 July to 19 August, taking visitors and dance fans to the four corners of the world in a friendly, festive atmosphere.

Bal du Monde, D'Òc à Cuba - Opening ball
In the past, as in the present, it all started with a meeting: that of world music and Occitan music in an exuberant, festive ball concert where repertoires, songs and instruments mingle and mix. From Occitan Troba to Cuban Trova, from Cuban trovadores to our troubadours, from the songs and music of Spain and Italy to our local tunes, the Pont du Gard becomes, for one evening, the crossroads of all these musical cultures.
Pianist Raphaël Lemonnier will be in charge of the arrangements and musical direction for a concert that will be like a bridge between the heritage of our troubadours and the music of the world.

La Guinguette à Roulette – by Les Gaspards
Les Gaspards invite you into a musical bubble — intimate and poetic — where sounds from the popular epertoire come alive: musette, swing, tango, gypsy and klezmer melodies.
This roaming guinguette unfolds in musical vignettes: a sparkling swing cabaret, a fiery klezmer interlude, a riverside musette ball, and a caliente celebration straight from the streets of Cuba and Colombia.
Les Gaspards celebrate the magical connection that arises in the moment with their audience — and show that anything is possible.

Goyana is a duo of singer-guitarists from Nîmes — one woman, one man.
They perform with electro-acoustic guitars and voices, offering music infused with the warmth of Spain, Andalusia, the Camargue, and Latin America.
Trained in flamenco and sevillanas, Goyana blends rumbas, ballads, iconic Spanish pop and French chansons — all with their signature Flamenco’s Touch.

JUKEBAL
A waltz in the spirit of Georges Brassens is timeless, a two-step bourrée with La Rue Ketanou gets bold… but the Clash in a three-beat bourrée? Somehow, it works — and leaves you wanting more.
No need to drop a coin to fire up JUKEBAL: this lively crew overflows with energy and it’s contagious.
From reimagined covers to original pieces and traditional tunes, their mix of strings, accordions and voices is an open invitation to dance.

Set at the foot of the Pont du Gard, this evening of music and dance is part of the International Argentine Tango Festival of Nîmes, and is hosted by La Milonga Del Angel.

THE WINEMAKERS ARE BACK ON THE BRIDGE!
The IGP Coteaux du Pont du Gard wine syndicate presents a new edition of Vignerons sur le Pont — a festive evening featuring about a dozen local winemakers from the IGP appellation.
Sample their finest cuvées in a relaxed guinguette-style atmosphere, with music, food trucks, and a variety of options for on-site dining.
